Try before you pay

The Free plan has no time limit. We encourage you to connect a project on the Free plan and see real data before upgrading to Pro.

14-day refund on your first payment

If Pro does not work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No questions asked.

Renewals

Monthly renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and you will keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. If we made a billing mistake, we will of course fix it and refund the difference.

How to request a refund or cancel

• Cancel: open Settings → Billing in your dashboard and click "Cancel subscription".
• Refund: email support@hereling.com from the address on your account. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
